We actively support the families of our people<\/h3><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
We create a work environment that respects every family and helps them grow<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1768223252878{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”]We are pleased to announce the company’s new parental support policy, introducing a financial birth grant for the arrival of a child.<\/p>\n

The policy is fully in effect and applies retroactively from 01\/01\/2025. It has been implemented for three employees who welcomed a child during this period. Under this new benefit, each company employee will receive a total of 5.000\u20ac for the birth of each child.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key point of the benefit include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Benefit amount<\/span><\/b>: 5.000\u20ac (total) per childbirth.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Payment installments<\/span><\/b>: 2.500\u20ac within the first month following the birth and an additional 2.500\u20ac by the time the child reaches 8 months of age (paid through payroll).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Eligibility<\/span><\/b>: All employees with either permanent or fixed-term employment contracts who have completed at least 6 months of continuous employment prior to the date of childbirth. (This benefit does not apply to external partners or independent service providers<\/i>).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Clarifications on applicability<\/span><\/b>: If both parents are employed by FRIGO STAHL, the benefit is paid once per child. Any maternity leave, paternity leave, or sick leave does not affect eligibility for the benefit.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Benefit community<\/span><\/b>: If an employee leaves the company after receiving the first installment (2.500\u20ac), the benefit remains valid and will continue to apply as normal.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Tax exemption<\/span><\/b>: The financial support is not considered taxable income for the employee, in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
