A New Production Hub for the Future of Stathis

Modern infrastructure built to support evolving production and organisational needs

When a company with a legacy dating back to 1961 prepares for its next phase of growth, its infrastructure must reflect the same high standards that define its products, services and partnerships. With this in mind, we completed and delivered Stathis’ new industrial facility in the Sindos Industrial Area.

The project was designed around the company’s operational priorities: expanded and better-organised production areas, contemporary office spaces, dedicated facilities for training and presentations, and a seamless connection between the new development and the existing building.

We delivered 2,600 m² of new production space, a 550 m² steel mezzanine housing offices, and a 550 m² connecting canopy. We also renovated the façade of the existing building and upgraded the surrounding outdoor areas, creating a unified complex with a consistent functional and architectural identity.

The project’s Project Manager, Michalis Papagiannis, said:

“The main challenge was not simply to add more square metres, but to translate Stathis’ operational requirements into a facility that could support production, administration and training simultaneously. Close collaboration with the client’s team allowed us to make timely decisions and deliver an infrastructure that serves both the company’s current needs and its future growth.”

For us, the success of a project is not measured only by its size. It is measured by the value it creates for the client: greater production capability, more efficient organisation and the confidence to move forward into the next stage of development.
