BAKE HELLAS AND FRIGO STAHL COLLABORATION FOR THE NEW UNIT IN SHIMATARI
A few days ago, the management of Bake Hellas welcomed its distinguished guests to its new factory in Schimatari. With pride the member of the Board of Directors Mr. Giorgos Mavromaras and his colleagues toured partners, friends and suppliers to the “precious diamond” of the Greek company in which the Belgian group La Loraine Bakery Group participates with a percentage of 50%.
In the 5,100+ sq.m. covered office, production, refrigeration and utility areas occupied by the new production unit, the 90 employees will prepare more than 50 tons of pastries in a daily basis.

In the only 9.5 months that the work lasted, amid the known unstable conditions due to the war in Ukraine (lack of basic materials, unpredictable increases in raw material prices, etc.), the Frigo Stahl team fully adhered to the agreement (quality, specifications , cost, schedule) creating special bonds of trust and reliability between the two companies. “On specs, on time and on budget”, as characteristically stated by Mr. Mavromaras -publicly thanking the FS team and feeling vindicated by the management team’s choice to commission the construction of such a complex industrial project with the “one- stop-shop” (turnkey) of FS.

On behalf of Frigo Stahl, project leader Mr. Vassilis Barkabas stated to FOODReporter about the opening of the Bake Hellas factory in Schimatari:
