The new 4,300 m² industrial site in the Delta Municipality of Thessaloniki is more than just a building. It is a fully integrated, environmentally conscious, turn-key facility developed from the ground up (greenfield). The project includes production halls, office areas, and auxiliary infrastructure, all delivered within eight months.

 Designed to support Berlin Packaging’s expansion strategy, the facility integrates advanced mechanical equipment and production lines that enhance operational capacity. The construction followed rigorous sustainability and accessibility standards from start to finish.
