New FALCON S.A. Facilities in Keratea

When “standard” becomes a shared language of collaboration

At FrigoStahl, we approach every industrial project as an integrated operational system: building, flows, safety, expandability and – above all – delivery reliability.

This exact mindset is what brought us once again alongside FALCON S.A., a company with a strong footprint in the market and a deeply rooted culture of quality.
FALCON operated across multiple sectors (food industry, nutraceutricals, pharma, cosmetics, Ho.Re.Ca., retail/wholesale, etc.) and consistently invests in research, development, and technical support. In such an environment, the choice of partners is not based solely on cost or speed, but on standards – quality, control, safety, and consistency.

The value of repeated trust

The fact that FALCON chose us again holds special significance for us.We have already delivered a project for the company in the past, and we know firsthand that when a business operates with high requirements, the “second assignment” is always the most meaningful confirmation.

It is the point where collaboration stops being a promise and becomes proven capability.

The new project in Keratea, Attica: scope & functional outcome
In the new project in Keratea, Attica, we undertook the construction of new facilities with a clear objective: to effectively support storage operations and distribution throughout.
The project includes:

  • A ground-floor warehouse building of approximately 1.000 m², with a height of around 14 m, enabling high-volume utilization and flexibility in layout.
  • A composite mezzanine of approximately 200 m², designed to accommodate offices and a laboratory, allowing administrative and technical functions to integrate seamlessly with the storage hub.
  • Fire protection infrastructure, including the construction of a fire pump room and an underground water tank, ensuring the required level of operational safety.
  • A loading area with two truck bays, with a total surface of approximately 150 m², supporting smooth inbound and outbound logistics flows.
  • A reinforced concrete perimeter fence, approximately 3 m high, as part of the site’s overall security and protection strategy.

Site-specific strategies

Every project has its own particularities. In Keratea, we were required to manage a site located in a highly rocky area, with a narrow plot and limited access for heavy machinery. Under such conditions, success depends not only on design, but on how that design is translated into safe, realistic, and predictable execution: proper sequencing, risk control, disciplined material supply, and continuous coordination of all crews.
In parallel, we installed polyurethane panels on the roof and side facades (both vertical and horizontal). The proximity to neighboring facilities required careful technical adaptation and precise control of construction details.

Delivery in 6 months: when time “creates” technical requirements

The project schedule was set at six months. For us, time is not just a commitment—it is a technical requirement that affects planning, procurement, task overlaps and the way we absorb inevitable challenges without transferring risk to our client’s operations.
Within this framework, our collaboration with FALCON was based on a shared language: clear specifications, fast decision-making when required and a constant focus on the final functional outcome.

As FALCONS’s CEO, Mr. Antonis Tirpintiris, put it: “We choose partners who operate with the same dedication to quality and attention to detail that our market demands. Frigo Stahl once again proved that the company is able to deliver with consistency, technical excellence, and clearly defined standards”.

For us, this statement captures the goal of every industrial project: to deliver infrastructure that stands the test of time, serves real operational needs and – most importantly – justifies the client’s trust in practice.

Our collaboration with FALCON in not a one a one-off construction project. It is a continuation built on results, professionalism, and measurable reliability. And that is, ultimately, the most essential “standard” we aim to represent at FrigoStahl: to be the partner who makes the complex predictable – and the predictable, a given.
