On 10 January we were back at the welcoming Air Dome, Thermi for the return fixture of our in-house league. Tempo, intensity and plenty of smiles set the tone. The Office Tigers took it 25-36, confirming, with humour and zero chest-thumping, the “promise” they’d left in the summer.

What stood out wasn’t the scoreboard but the sportsmanship: the Warehousers arrived short-handed and the Office Tigers loaned them two players so we could play on level terms. That’s Frigo Stahl in practice. Finding solutions, playing for each other, and making space for everyone.

We played, laughed, traded high-fives and proved that well-being isn’t theory but a steady habit that fuels our day. From offices to warehouse, from design desks to jobsites, we’re learning to operate as one team.
