Giving Is Not a Moment. It Is Part of Our Culture.
World Blood Donor Day is a reminder that behind every unit of blood lies an act of responsibility, solidarity, and hope.
At Frigo Stahl, we believe that strong teams are built not only through everyday collaboration, but through shared values that are consistently upheld over time.
That’s why voluntary blood donation has become a long-standing initiative within our company, taking place twice every year- every May and November- with the active participation of employees from across all departments.
With every new blood donation drive, more members of our team choose to take part in this collective act of giving, proving that when a culture is nurtured with consistency, it naturally becomes a way of life.
We do not see blood donation as a typical corporate Social Responsibility Activity. We see it as something far more meaningful: a reminder that even in a demanding professional environment, there is always room for compassion, solidarity, and genuine human connection.
Over the years, the response from our people has filled us with pride and optimism. Long-time participants, new colleagues joining the initiative, and a company culture that continues to be strengthened by the willingness of its own people to give back.

Because ultimately, the greatest strength of any company is its people — and their willingness to offer life, support, and hope in every way they can.
And while World Blood Donor Day celebrates the value of voluntary blood donation around the world, we are proud to celebrate it in practice… twice every year.
