Modern Infrastructure Depends on the People Who Keep It Running
At Frigo Stahl, we believe that an industrial project does not end when the facility is handed over. Its value is proven in the years that follows: through safe and reliable operation, consistent performance and its ability to support production over the long term. All of this depends on people.
For more than 25 years, we have designed and delivered projects for the food industry, manufacturing and logistics sectors. During that time, we have seen how essential well-trained technicians are – professionals with technical knowledge, sound judgement and real experience in the field.
This is the thinking behind our partnership with OMIROS School of Advanced Vocational Training (SAEK) and the development of a new training programme in Industrial Refrigeration.
The program is built around the actual needs of industry. It combines classroom learning with practical experience on real projects and direct exposure to professionals working in industrial facilities every day.

The initiative includes:
8 full scholarships
Practical training for all participants at FrigoStahl worksites
25+ direct employment opportunities upon graduation
The value of this partnership, however, cannot be measured by numbers alone.
It also creates an opportunity for our people to pass on the knowledge they have gained over many years of work: how to approach a project, respond to technical challenges, work effectively as a team and protect both people and facilities.
Our engineers, technicians, site supervisors and project teams members will take an active role in this process. They will share their experience and best practices, while introducing the next generation of professionals to the modern methods and technologies we use today.
At Frigo Stahl, we know that our progress has also been driven by our people -their expertise, experience and the responsibility they bring to their work every day.
Through this partnership, we are investing in the next generation: the people who will operate, maintain and further develop the industrial facilities of tomorrow.
Because infrastructure requires technology. More importantly, it requires people who know how to use it safely and effectively.
