The pulse of Papadeas Beats at Its New Aspropyrgos Campus
At FrigoStahl, we design logistics infrastructure to perform from the very first shift. Papadeas shared that vision, entrusting us with its new “home” in Aspropyrgos. The result is a modern, integrated campus comprising a 5,450 m² warehouse (12 m clear height, 7,000 pallet positions, 20,000 picking locations—12,000 supported by an AI-enabled robotic system), a 1,500 m² office building, 150 m² of showroom, 100 m² of service areas, and 170 m² of auxiliary electromechanical space. All of the above sit within 7,500 m² of built-up area on a privately owned 23,000 m² plot, adjacent to the new Attica Logistics Center.
We mapped and engineered flows around Papadeas’ real operational rhythms—from pallet intake and zoned storage to high-density picking and rapid dispatch. The blend of automation and ergonomics delivers continuous, verifiable throughput with tightly controlled accuracy.
Most importantly, the client’s feedback validates the outcome. As CEO Alexandros Papadeas notes:

“We operate in a market that demands availability and consistency. With our new facilities, we gain time, reduce complexity, and elevate service quality for our partners. Our decision to appoint FrigoStahl is fully vindicated. Their Turn-Key Solution Model is exactly what it promises: Day-One operability.”
From our side, Project Leader Christos Firtinidis adds:
“We worked—as always—as one cohesive team, owning design, construction, equipment, and commissioning. Disciplined milestone management and tight alignment with Papadeas’ needs made the difference.”
We remain committed to building infrastructures that create value from day one—especially in tools & hardware distribution, where the chain from order to delivery is as critical as the reliability of the tools themselves.
