The 24/7 Counseling Support Line provided by Hellas EAP is available every day of the year to every member of our team.
By calling, employees can connect directly with qualified psychologists for personal, family, or work-related concerns such as:

- strengthening relationships and communication,
- adapting to change or difficult life phases,
- finding guidance through family or professional dilemmas.

The program also provides a dedicated support line for managers and HR, offering professional advice on managing sensitive situations, team challenges, or periods of organizational change. In addition, it gives access to a national referral network of certified mental health and social care providers.
