Turnkey Industrial Project for MEVGAL in Koufalia, Thessaloniki

Guided by this philosophy, we successfully completed another turnkey project for MEVGAL, one of Greece’s longest-established dairy companies, at its production facilities in Koufalia, Thessaloniki.
The project comprised the construction of a 1,590 m² dry goods warehouse, equipped with a high-density industrial racking system, together with a 510 m² water treatment building housing the equipment required for water treatment, storage and handling, significantly enhancing the site’s environmental performance and long-term operational sustainability.
Delivered under FrigoStahl’s integrated Turn-key Project Delivery model, the project was executed under a single point of responsibility, encompassing architectural, structural and MEP engineering, construction, project coordination and final handover.
This integrated approach enabled us to complete the project in less than six months, with zero cost overruns, full adherence to the agreed schedule and—most importantly—without interrupting MEVGAL’s production operations for a single day.
