OB STREEM, one of the largest end-to-end logistics groups in Greece, entrusted us with the design and construction of a 20.000 m2 warehouse building, accommodating both dry storage and temperature controlled logistics. In the surrounding area, approximately 15.000 m2 of industrial flooring were constructed to support vehicle circulation and loading operations.Project Highlights
Demolition and reuse of materials from the previous facility in the construction of the new building
Super flat floors designed for VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) operations
Temperature-controlled areas (deep-freeze storage, frozen picking areas and chilled storage)
Refrigeration machine room with two-stage ammonia system and 8 GEA compressors
Fire-fighting system with sprinklers compliant with EN standards
Construction of three Medium Voltage substations
Concrete floor construction for external loading areas (33 positions). Installation of a charging network for 100 refrigerated trucks.
