A sequence of industrial structures and amenities were constructed for olive processing and the manufacturing of standard foods and antipasti-style products.

Apart from the production structures, engineering facilities were erected to provide water, steam, and electricity, and the premises surrounding the enterprise were developed.

Following this, an office edifice, along with four sets of above-ground olive storage tanks and waste management facilities, were built.
