Expanding current facilities involves building a new industrial unit dedicated to dough product manufacturing, acquiring and installing new refrigeration equipment, integrating previous refrigeration areas into a modern ammonia cooling system, constructing tunnel freezer floors, and installing stainless steel platforms and stairs within the freezer tunnels, all complemented by environmental landscaping.

In detail, the project encompassed installing a 4-stage ammonia refrigeration system (-42⁰C, -35⁰C, -10⁰C, 0⁰C) for 6 freezer tunnels.

Renovation works (floors, air conditioning, partitioning) of the existing production areas were also carried out.
