FRIGO STAHL S.A. has designed and built the new production facility for “Stergiou Family S.A.” Covering a building area of 16,035 square meters within a total plot of 25,871 square meters, this state-of-the-art factory marks a significant upgrade in the company’s operations, increasing its production capacity to 40,000 tons of dough products annually.
Equipped with advanced Industry 4.0 technologies, the facility leverages cyber-physical systems (CPS), the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and real-time data analytics to achieve seamless system integration and fully digitized production processes.
More than just a factory, the new Stergiou Family facility represents a living organism of innovation, blending cutting-edge technology with sustainability to drive the industry forward.
